• Take a drop of oregano essential oil and dilute it with 4 fl. oz of liquid daily to maintain a healthy immune system at all times.

• Add a drop or two of the oil and add it to your Italian recipes to give it an authentic Italian flavor.

Directions for Use

• Diffusion: Add 1-2  drops of the oil in a diffuser
• Topical use: Dilute 1 drop of oregano essential oil and dilute it with 10 drops of carrier oil of choice before applying it.
